I'm Cara. Warren is my partner in the world. We are the Heartwoods.
We are self-taught timber framers and quasi-homesteaders. We live with our two dogs, two cats, and a number of chickens on forty forested acres in the Pacific Northwest. We bought a raw piece of land at the end of 2013 and have added our blood, sweat, and tears to the soil over the years. We are building a timber framed house which we hope to move into by the summer of 2020.
